Love their hot roast beef sandwich here. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly.

Amazing mom and pop restaurant that serves all the diner classics. The food is always fresh and ready to order. The daily specials are great and always changing. Their dessert options are unmet by anyone else and they also serve local items like Johnson's Corner cinnamon buns.

Nice locally owned place. Some fresh some frozen food it seems. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with a side of green chili. Not the best steak or green chili but the hash browns seemed fresh. My honey had a normal breakfast eggs bacon and French toast. He enjoyed it. The menu does not have much but just enough. We will go back to try it again. Go Trump!

Showed up after an unfortunate event at like 6:45 on a snowy Tuesday evening. Asked for a coffee and made calls to get a ride home lest I be stranded with no way home. Wait staff where kind and sweet, as were the patrons. I hope Ever Open continues to stay forever open.

This place is great! The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The staff is friendly and attentive. I was impressed by the variety of their menu. I was also very impressed when the food came. Presentation was as good as you can make a burger and fries. Finally, Ever Open leaves the salting to the customer. All around great experience.

The entire meal was burnt. Bread was burnt and stale. The hasbrowns were burnt. Th ham was extremely tough. The entire meal was covered in grease. Not once did the waiter ask me how the food was. I left very dissatisfied. Would not recommend

My time here was less than exciting. The service is good but the mealwas warm at best. Obviously the chicken fried steak is was frozen to begin with and not homemade fresh. Even the side vegetables were lukewarm at best and the dinner roll was too tough to eat.

Ate both breakfast and dinner on Christmas Day (I was stuck down here working). I have zero complaints, the food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was great. I really appreciate that this place was open on Christmas. I will recommend this place to others and I will come back. Thank you again!

This place is amazing. I hate breakfast food and this place has amazing lunch foods at 7am. Stupid happy about that, but the quality of the food was the best part. Really nice staff, super quick service. Definitely will be coming back next time we are in town!

Until. This past spring I had never been to EVER OPEN CAFE. My choice was Liver and Onions, my next trip was Fried Chicken, my next trip Pork Tenderloin, then one Sunday after Church a friend invited me breakfast! Need I say when I get the chance I love to go there to eat. GREAT FOOD, GOOD PRICES and all the country people in town. Older setting, layed back hometown people.

Awesome place to eat. Food was delicious! Our waitress, Alishia was SO friendly and hilarious. If I ever come back to Ft. Collins, I will definitely be coming back to eat here!

The food was decent, home style cooking.

An edge-of-town diner that feels (pleasantly) like an out-in-the-country one. Soup was humble but tasty, and clearly homemade. Mashed potatoes were legit, with a nice brown gravy. Veggies and bread were nothing special but got the job done, and the food from the grill was made with skill. Good coffee, attentive service. Just a very easygoing, old-fashioned diner. I only wish they really were "ever open;" they close every night at nine.

The Food was really good, everything came out perfect and I enjoyed everything...that being said the service was some of the worst I have ever seen in there, my Girlfriend never got her water throught the entire meal so we just shared ours and only got one refill, the waitress spilled coffee and then said "let me go get some napkins to clean this up" and then proceeds to fill up everyone's coffee in entire place before she comes back to clean the mess that she made as I am sitting there trying to not let the coffee drip onto my booth... the waitress is an obvious tweaker that needs a nap, I dont think I will ever go back there after this one :( I cant honestly say the last time I fully enjoyed myself at this place... the only reason I didnt give 1 star was because the food came out perfect. You need to Drug test your Employees and get that place back up to the standard that it once was.

I have fond memories of this place from my youth, when it truly was always open. Service today was friendly and efficient. Food was mediocre but executed properly. I was in and out quickly which was important to me at the time. All in all a fine experience at a classic greasy spoon.

I've gone here several times and its really nothing to write home about. I usually get something different each time and it's usually decent or good. It's definitely got a truck stop restaurant atmosphere which there's nothing wrong with that but its a different kind of environment for people that are expecting a family restaurant atmosphere. Again you can take your family there, the food is decent and the staff is always friendly but it can be rough around the edges. It's a place I'd recommend if you are wanting to meet up with a friend for coffee and a light breakfast, just don't expect anything fancy.

Great cafe in older part of Ft. Collins Colorado. It use to be an old truck stop and open 24 hours when my great grandma Hazel Pierce worked as a cook though. Now only open until 10pm. Very laid back ,staff is very friendly. Great historical cafe. Wish it was open all night still.

Was a great little spot to get a nice home cooked meal! The staff was friendly and helpful. Also could tell when we walked in that it has its group of regulars, which is nice to see. Overall would recommend it hasnt been open since 1953 for nothin!!

They're not ever open. This place had been here for over 45 years. Their 24/7 hours was their strength. They have a bang up break fast menu.
